REIKI HEALING
The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere or miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki is a technique of spiritual energy healing. This system of energy healing originated in India over 3,000 years ago. In the late 19th century, Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered this magical healing power which led to the miraculous healing of the diseases all over the world.
Energy that is the source of the being can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki is the technique of energy healing, where the divine healing energy is passed to the client through the hands of the practitioner to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself and this becomes possible through the balancing of energy in the chakras. Energy healing focuses on healing mind, body, and spirit. It balances the Kundalini energy and enlightens an individual for the spiritual awakening.
What happens during a Reiki session?
A peaceful and soothing aura is set by the practitioners in their healing space by burning sage, incense, essential oil diffusers. A healing space with meditative music lightens and clears us/p the healing space. A client is made to sit or lay down in a relaxing position. However, reiki can be given anywhere depending on the need. The practitioner then places their hands above a specific area of the client’s body. No touching is required. The hands are placed over a distance from the body. She will typically keep her hands in these positions for a few minutes for the reiki energy to flow into their aura.
During this time, the practitioner or client may experience warmth or tingling as an indicative of the energy exchange between auras. The more a client is relaxed, the more would be the sensation felt. She will hold each hand position until she feels that the energy has stopped flowing. When the practitioner feels that the heat, or energy, in their hands has gone, they will remove their hands and place them over a different body area.
What does Reiki healing feels like to a client?
A client may experience the reiki energy in the form of different body sensations like warmth or heat over a certain area, feeling of needle tingling, and pulsating veins, etc. However, some people can feel the sensations of the energy moving throughout their body, while others do not feel the sensations at all. This all depends on the clarity of your energy system. The more your system is aligned to the balanced energy in each chakra the more sensations you can feel. The more the blockages in the chakras system, the less energy sensations would be perceived. Most of the people feel very relaxed during a reiki session, their mind yields a so peaceful state that they may even fall asleep during the process.
How to receive a reiki healing session?
Reiki Healing can be received in the following way:
Distance healing session for 30 minutes: In this package, healing would be sent at a scheduled appointed time on regular basis. In this no phone contact is required and healing is sent via the procedure of meditation focusing on the picture shared by the client. Finally, a feedback is recorded from the client or taken in written testimonial form.
1-1 Private healing Session for 1 hour: In this healing session, a client needs to visit the healing session at an appointed time. This session would include
Pre-counselling
Aura cleansing by smudging, reiki combing, and salt therapy
Healing via sound therapy, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, healing drink, and selected reiki healing session.
Reiki water is provided.
Finally, a feedback is recorded from the client.

Once you make the payment, your healing package would start.
I would be setting up a time for you to receive the reiki healing. However, this is NOT COMPULSORY and is truly optional if you wish to receive healing at same time or any other time.
The factor that enhances the effects of reiki healing session is your belief in healing and infinite faith in divine. The more you trust divine, the more would be the healing effects.
You can also put in the additional efforts by yourself by doing meditation at the same time, mantra chanting, or simply resting or sleeping at that time. The more relaxed your mind and body would be the better you may feel. Practice dipping your feet in the salt water for 30 minutes to remove negativity during the session. All such things are totally OPTIONAL.
You can wear loose and comfortable clothing and remove belts while receiving a healing session. However, this is optional. Just being relaxed and calm helps you to perceive the healing sensations better.
The calmer and soothing your environment is while receiving healing, the better would be the positive energies felt by you. Reiki healing is a sacred energy healing work and is best to be received in a pure and sacred environment.
