I experienced the first session of Mass Reiki healing conducted by Sinthia Mangiji and the experience falls short of words. Although there has been a a couple of Reiki masters who kept pestering me to join their Reiki workshop since almost a decade, I could unfortunately never make tat decision.
So my experience yesterday was that of wonderful relief/being relieved of negative energies and a lasting sense of serenity. The energy effects are pretty obvious because I could sleep early (as compared to my usual nocturnal habits) and got up/was awakened at the Brahma mohurtha Kala of 3-30am!
